SHAREWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

You may:

1. Freely use the programs and files from the TRANSIENT 3.11 package (as downloaded from the Web site or shipped on CD).

   If you find this software useful and would like to use it for any purpose, please, let me know somehow.

   If you publish any results obtained with this package, please, acknowledge this in the list of references for example as follows:
   M. Kolar, TRANSIENT, http://transient.mkolar.org/, 2006.

2. Modify the programs and/or merge them into other programs for your use. You must include the copyright notice (Copyright 1995-2006 by Miroslav Kolar) on any modification or portion merged into another program.

3. Give copies of this package or of your modified/merged programs to another party if that party agrees to all terms of this Agreement.

4. You may sell modified/merged versions of this software only under conditions negotiated with M. Kolar.

The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.

LIMITED WARRANTY:

The program is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

If the package is shipped on a CD, M. Kolar warrants only the CD on which the software is shipped to be free from defects in the material and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery to you.
